1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping to our customers. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or high-demand seasons may slightly impact delivery times.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer Free Worldwide Shipping on specific promotional items or orders over a certain value.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Novamatt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@novamatt.shop. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
